DesktopX Installation Problem

When i updated to DesktopX 3.1 from Stardock Central I've got an error message saying that the installation failed, when I see the log file it says that it couldn't copy DXAxhost.dll. After this DesktopX runs but scripts doesn't work. Can somebody email me DXAxHost.dll?? or how can i fix this??
